Studio Suites:
Our Queen, King or two double bed suites offer a spacious alternative to the bland hotel room and are especially suited for long-term business or family travel. Set up like a studio apartment, these rooms feature a cozy and comfortable living area with sleeper sofa for added flexibility. Kitchens are equipped with full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove top, oven, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Additional touches of home include breakfast bar, Flat Screen television with expanded cable selection, oversized desk/work area and complimentary high speed wireless. Fireplace suites are available upon request.

Signature Suites:
Signature Suites are an upgrade from our traditional Studio suites. They feature a portable phone, luxurious bath robe, a 42 inch plasma HD TV and a CD alarm clock. The suites also include an upgraded amenity package with turndown service, 24 hour front desk service, free local calls, and daily newspaper.

Penthouse Suites:
Our penthouse suites are smoke-free and very spacious, room. Providing almost 900 square feet of living space, this large suite provides two bedroom areas, two bathrooms, and a living room with fully equipped kitchen. Guests enjoy the flexibility of these suites. These 2 level suites feature an open floor plan with either 1 queen size bed or 2 queen size beds, private bath living room area and full kitchen on the first level. The loft of the suite features a King size bed and another full bath.

NOTE: these rooms all begin on the second floor so stairs are required for access.

Two Bedroom Suites:
Our two bedroom suites are smoke-free and very spacious, enabling large groups to stay together while still enjoying the privacy of their own bedroom. Providing nearly 900 square feet of living space, this large suite provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate, living room with fully equipped kitchen.

These 2 level suites feature a private bedroom with French doors and a king size bed and private bath on the first level. The loft of the suite features a Queen size bed and another full bath. These suites also have a writing desk with a comfortable chair where you can enjoy our complimentary internet access.

NOTE: These rooms all begin on the second floor so stairs are required for access.

Accessibility Suites:
Customized suites designed to cater to the physical needs of guests. We have two Accessibility Suites both of which are Studio Suites with one Queen bed. A visual and audible kit is available at the Front Desk. Accessibility Suites, visual and audible kits are based on availability.

At the Chase Suite Hotel we do require a major credit card for all guests checking in. Please click here to see our full credit card policy. We additionally require that the registering guest is over the age of 19.

Pets Welcome!

Chase Suite Hotel understands that when the family is on the move you don’t want to leave family members behind. This is why our pet policy allows you to include all your loved ones. Our apartment-style accommodations and gracious grounds give your pets easy access to the outdoors and lots of room to explore. When you bring a pet there will be an additional fee of $10 per day, per pet but not exceed to $150. An additional $150 refundable deposit will be charged at check-in for damages and cleaning fees, which will be refunded at check-out, once the room has been inspected. Children's Policy

Children 16 & under do stay free when staying in a room with accompanying adults as long as the total occupancy of the room does not excede the maximum. Some package rates may include children's fees to cover the cost of package inclusions such as attraction tickets or transportation costs.
